Losing 157 pounds!

  Sheena York, of White Pigeon, lost 157 pounds! She got the motivation from watching "The Biggest Loser". In 2004 she started struggling with her weight because she was attending nursing school, and she was working at an ice cream parlor. She realized that she needed to do something about it. Sheena used Jillian Micheals, a trainer from The Biggest Loser, to help her get motivated. She used a series of The Biggest Loser programs, as well as, Jillian Micheals' Cruise.
  To me that is amazing! Most bigger people can't motivate themselves to get off of the couch and start working out. They watch the weight loss shows but never stay with it and work out on a regular bases. It takes a lot to stay motivated and lose weight. Its good to see people in America still care about their health, and are confident in themselves to take care of it.
